Key Contributions

Design System Management: I led the creation of the Design System (DS) and its technical documentation. I also organized workshops on DS theory and Figma modes.

UI/IT Alignment: I served as the bridge between the design and development teams, negotiating adaptations for technical feasibility and optimizing component nomenclature for a more efficient workflow.

Component & System Iteration: I designed, iterated, and aligned new components with IT. Additionally, I managed the migration of components to the DS and their replacement in existing designs.

Responsive Design & Accessibility: I contributed to key initiatives, such as implementing modes in the DS to improve responsiveness and accessibility, ensuring compliance with WCAG guidelines.

Team Training & Enablement: I conducted hands-on training sessions for the Vueling team on how to use Figma and our design system, which improved workflow consistency and efficiency.
