Key Contributions

Product Backlog Management: For a year and a half, I was directly responsible for the UI/UX execution of the product backlog. My role involved designing new features, improving existing experiences, and addressing tickets to support the project’s evolution.

Process and DesignOps Improvement: I proposed and implemented a Design System to streamline backlog operations. I also enhanced DesignOps by creating a system for documenting tickets directly within Figma, improving efficiency and transparency.

Creating Personalized Experiences: I led the design of tailored experiences for both desktop and mobile devices. I collaborated closely with the UX team on A/B tests to optimize functionalities, focusing on increasing the click-through-rate and overall bookings.

Driving Innovation with Special Projects: I contributed to key projects outside of the main backlog, including a feature that enabled room reservations directly from a 360º hotel map and the creation of an immersive experience for room pages using 360º video.

Client and Task Coordination: I managed regular client meetings, presented ticket proposals, oversaw task management, and provided accurate time estimations. This ensured smooth project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
